How much time will it take?
For accessories, spare parts, and other products, the delivery time is typically between 1–7 business days. This depends on the shipping partner and the destination country.
For bicycles, since each order is considered a custom product order, we begin assembling the bike according to the customer's specifications right after the order is placed. Therefore, the maximum delivery time is 5 weeks, provided that all ordered components are in stock.
How can I track my shipments?
After placing your order, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also follow your shipment under the "Orders and Tracking" section in your profile.
What notifications will I get through the process?
From the moment your order is placed, we will notify you of every status update – including payment confirmation, processing, and shipment of your order.
